About The Position

The Consumer Communications Specialist serves as a product expert for Fleet Laboratories products, responding to consumer and medical professional inquiries and complaints. The role handles contacts related to adverse events, product inquiries, and complaints involving C.B. Fleet Company, Inc. and Prestige Brand drug, device, and dietary supplement products. It provides high-quality customer service, represents the brands professionally, and records case information in relevant databases while maintaining knowledge of company products sold worldwide.

Requirements

Knowledge gained through a degree, preferably in a health, science, or communication/marketing discipline.
Five years of working experience.
Excellent spoken and written language and communication skills.
Ability to multitask while listening to consumers and electronically capturing their comments.
Ability to manage a large volume of inbound contacts and research and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain professionalism and high product knowledge.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service to consumers and health care professionals.
Represent the brands professionally and serve as a brand advocate for consumers.
Liaise with consumers and medical professionals regarding adverse events, product inquiries, and complaints about company products.
Handle large volumes of inbound contacts, listening and capturing consumer comments electronically while multitasking.
Identify consumer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide timely solutions.
Enter case data into relevant databases and maintain high-quality data entry and database coding.
Maintain working knowledge of company products sold worldwide.
Follow the Medical Affairs record retention system and Good Documentation Practices.
Provide complaints and inquiries analysis as needed.
Attend pertinent department meetings.
Perform other duties as required.
