This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers by identifying and recommending products and services to meet customer’s financial needs. Build account relationships by actively searching for opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services and make referrals to other areas of the bank. At this level, the Consumer Banker possesses the skills, knowledge, and ability to approve and process consumer loans and ready reserve for current and potential customers. A Consumer Banker II will generate an average of two consumer loans per month and have a loan portfolio of $500,000.00.
