Consumer Banker will work with existing FFB clients and prospect for new FFB clients to deepen client relationships by both booking business directly and by referring, as appropriate, to internal business partners such as Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management. Daily activities align with The First Financial Bank Experience (FFB Experience), including partnering with internal constituencies to bring the appropriate level of expertise to the client, ensuring client follow-up calls are conducted in a timely manner, and maintaining all operational and risk management standards. The role also involves assisting clients with transactions via branch, drive-thru, phone, and email, modeling First Financial's Mission and Values, and adhering to all compliance and regulatory procedures. The Consumer Banker partners with District Specialists to execute retail strategies, attract, retain, and grow client relationships, fulfill financial needs, and provide a first-class client experience. They function as a trusted advisor, adding value and building deep relationships using the First Client Conversation Model. Participation and leadership in site center huddles and meetings to support sales and service activities are expected. The role requires consistently meeting or exceeding sales, service, and referral goals through team collaboration and assisting clients with their financial needs. Additionally, providing digital assistance and service for online banking is a key responsibility. Staying informed about all bank products, processes, and procedures, especially complex ones, is crucial.
