Consumer Banker will work with existing FFB clients and prospect for new FFB clients to deepen client relationships by both booking business directly and by referring, as appropriate, to internal business partners such as Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management. This role involves performing necessary functions to open accounts and perform maintenance, potentially running a teller drawer, and supporting client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow-up. Daily activities align with The First Financial Bank Experience (FFB Experience), requiring partnership with internal constituencies to bring the appropriate level of expertise to the client, ensuring timely client follow-up calls, and maintaining operational and risk management standards. Other duties may be assigned to assist clients with transactions via branch, drive-thru, phone, and email. The Consumer Banker is responsible for modeling First Financial's Mission and Values, adhering to all compliance and regulatory procedures, and partnering with District Specialists to execute retail strategies. The role functions as a client's personal trusted advisor using the First Client Conversation Model, participating in site center huddles and meetings, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales, service, and referral goals. Additionally, the Consumer Banker will provide digital assistance and service for clients using the bank's online offerings and stay informed on all bank products, processes, and procedures.
