The role leads solution design and implementation for engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. It analyzes business needs and applies industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen to help deliver Oracle solutions that meet customer objectives. The position exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for complex applications and technology installations, mentors project teams, influences customer leadership on key decisions, supports business development, collaborates with consulting sales through domain expertise, and resolves complex customer issues. It demonstrates expertise across multiple business processes and product families, or architects technology solutions spanning multiple products.
Requirements
- Expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families, or the ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives using industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Select methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions for non-routine and complex applications and technology installations.
- Provide direction and mentoring to project teams.
- Influence customer leadership on key decisions.
- Support business development by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
- Collaborate with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.
- Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise across multiple business processes and product families, or architect and design technology solutions spanning multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
- Lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring integrated software solutions are delivered within time and budget constraints.
