The Role
The Client Solutions Architect (CSA) serves as a strategic technical advisor for assigned client accounts. The CSA partners with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to understand client business objectives, design integrated technology solutions, and drive long-term customer value.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical consulting, architecture, or engineering roles
• Strong experience designing multidomain enterprise solutions
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
• Proven client facing and presentation skills
• Experience working alongside sales and account teams

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a CSA, Solutions Architect, or Enterprise Architect role
• Vendor certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, security vendors, etc.)
• Experience supporting regulated or large enterprise customers

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for assigned client accounts
• Develop and maintain client technology profiles and solution roadmaps
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical architectures
• Lead solution design for opportunities across infrastructure, cloud, security, collaboration, and data platforms
• Produce solution summaries and participate in opportunity qualification and reviews
• Present architectures and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal practice teams and national resources
• Support QBRs, technology workshops, and strategic planning sessions
• Stay current on vendor technologies and industry trends
