About The Position

Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant for its Site Solutions Professional Services team. The role implements SiteVault, a solution for clinical research sites, and supports customers’ long-term success. The Consultant serves as a primary point of contact for key customer stakeholders, promotes collaboration, manages escalations, and demonstrates value through proactive engagement. The role is remote within the United States, with a strong preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. Candidates near an airport who can meet travel requirements have no work location requirement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise software implementation in life sciences, healthcare, or a relevant field.
• Based in North America.
• Customer-facing consulting experience delivering workshop materials, developing meaningful customer relationships, and gathering requirements from business and system stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly understand requirements, develop corresponding solutions, and work hands-on.
• Typical travel is 10%, and may be up to 20%.

Nice To Haves

• SaaS/cloud experience managing site CTMS or eISF systems.
• Clinical research experience at a site.
• Experience using HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of SiteVault eISF and CTMS in alignment with customer goals and sales expectations.
• Understand customer goals and build relationships through regular engagement with customer decision-makers.
• Support renewal efforts, engage with potential renewals, and guide customers through the renewal process.
• Help create and maintain an automated onboarding experience for customers using the free version of SiteVault, and provide light-touch support through HubSpot.
• Lead year-end reviews to discuss progress, gather insights, and initiate renewal conversations.
• Provide feedback to the product team about customer needs and industry trends.
