The Payments Transformation Team within Global Money Operations helps shape technology and process strategies across channels, products, and business lines for CIBC employees. As a member of this team, you'll facilitate business delivery and support for Commercial Banking Payments processed through Payment Hub, as well as data repository and tracking systems. You'll ensure all business delivery supports compliance, regulatory, and business requirements from an ISO/MX perspective, while also meeting payment service level agreements (SLAs). In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll balance assertiveness and patience as you persevere to drive results. Working closely with representatives from across the bank, you'll continually improve processes and systems to provide clients with a seamless and efficient payment experience. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
