Requirements

• Tier-1 Western Board Certification (e.g., FRCS via CCT, American Board, European equivalents) in General, Orthopedic, or Plastic Surgery.
• No less than 5 years of dedicated consultant-level experience within a major, western tertiary teaching hospital.
• Strong collaborative leadership metrics, analytical acumen, and a proven track record of managing high-throughput operating theatres.
