The Consultant Logistics & Supply Chain Management will support consulting projects across multiple industries. The role involves analyzing data, developing decision-support models and tools, preparing client deliverables, participating in client engagements, and collaborating with teams to implement solutions. Project topics may include supply chain strategy and network design, demand planning and inventory optimization, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics, and production. The consultant will also conduct industry research and contribute to internal knowledge-development and recruiting initiatives. Travel of up to 80% may be required during client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics, or supply chain management.
• At least 2 years of relevant practical experience in consulting or in the company’s key industries, focused on logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; relocation and sponsorship are not available.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of supply chain consulting projects across multiple industries.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop models, dashboards, and tools to support decision-making.
• Contribute to solutions involving supply chain strategy and network design, demand planning and inventory optimization, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics, and production.
• Prepare client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Support internal initiatives, including knowledge development and recruiting efforts.
