About The Position

Broccolini is building applied AI capabilities inside a non-AI environment. This takes shape through an internal Skill Factory: a pipeline that converts operational workflows into deployed AI tools. We are not an AI company. That is precisely why this works. We are bringing in a consultant to lead and accelerate it. The mental model: product manager at a video game company. You define what gets built, in what order, to what standard, then make sure it ships. You sit with an estimator, understand what she does, walk back to the build team, and turn that into a skill that deploys in two weeks. Pure technologists fail here. Pure business people fail here. This role requires both.

Requirements

Business acumen first: ability to translate in both directions without loss of information
Fluency in prompt engineering: writing and debugging production-grade LLM skills
Product management instinct: managing sprints, prioritization, stakeholder communication
No-code/low-code orientation: ability to build with AI tools rather than engineering pipelines
Daily AI learning habit: integrated naturally, not as a one-off effort

Responsibilities

Manage the sprint backlog and roadmap across all departments
Facilitate workshops with teams to produce prioritized and achievable specifications
Ensure quality control before each deployment: accuracy, triggers, results, edge cases
Manage the Skill Registry and produce a weekly report for the CEO
Mentor a mixed team composed of a senior builder, a junior builder, and interns
