About The Position

Broccoli AI is seeking an AI Operations Lead to build the internal systems necessary for scaling the company. This role focuses on creating dashboards, tools, and AI agents that enhance the effectiveness of each team member, especially as headcount is projected to increase significantly. The position operates on an AI-first principle, prioritizing agent-led solutions over traditional processes. The AI Operations Lead will be part of the Strategy & Ops team, responsible for a portfolio of internal builds including metric-focused dashboards, manual work-eliminating tools, and AI agents designed to amplify productivity across sales, customer success, and operations.

Requirements

• Builder background: technical BizOps, forward deployed engineer, software engineer with strong product sense, or similar.
• AI-native: extensive daily use of AI tools like Claude for automation, workflow drafting, and task delegation.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agents (production work or significant side projects).
• Strategic instincts: ability to analyze team operations and identify impactful automation opportunities.
• High agency and bias to action.
• Willingness to work in person in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Build internal dashboards to provide teams with clear visibility into key metrics.
• Design and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive tasks in sales, customer success, and operations.
• Develop internal tools and workflows to alleviate bottlenecks during company growth.
• Collaborate with team leads to pinpoint high-leverage automation opportunities and prioritize them effectively.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and iteration processes to ensure the reliability of AI agents in production.
• Contribute to defining Broccoli's internal operational processes as the company expands.
