About The Position

DLG (Digital Luxury Group) is an international agency with offices in Geneva, Paris, Shanghai, and New York, specializing in social media, e-commerce, CRM, consulting, and creative services for luxury brands. The agency leverages technological know-how, creativity, and luxury savoir-faire to define and implement impactful digital strategies targeting sophisticated consumers. The AI Operations Lead will be responsible for designing and shipping production-grade AI agents and automated workflows to replace recurring high-volume work across performance media, creative production, social content, and account operations. This role requires a hands-on builder who codes, ships, debugs in production, and trains the team to extend what they build.

Requirements

  • Non-negotiable fluency in Claude (skills, MCP servers, agents, prompt engineering).
  • Non-negotiable fluency in n8n (workflows, custom nodes, error handling).
  • Non-negotiable fluency in Notion API (databases, automations, integrations).
  • Non-negotiable fluency in Slack (workflows, bots).
  • Non-negotiable fluency in Media platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio minimum).
  • 5-8 years in or directly serving media, digital, or creative agencies.
  • Portfolio of 3+ shipped AI systems or automations currently running in production.
  • References that can confirm impact (hours saved, error rates, throughput).
  • Ability to write Python or JavaScript, ship, debug, and own the code without outsourcing specifications to developers.
  • Track record training non-technical teams to use and extend what is built.
  • Bilingual English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship production-grade AI agents and automated workflows.
  • Replace manual monthly reporting with templated agents for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, GA4, and Looker.
  • Build quality control agents including brand checkers, copy validators, asset spec auditors, and campaign setup reviewers.
  • Create per-client capability libraries with structured files that codify brand voice, asset specs, deliverables, and quality standards for top accounts.
  • Map and automate the three to five highest-volume workflows across the agency, from brief to asset delivery.
  • Train five or more team members to ship or modify agents independently.
  • Code, ship, debug in production, and own the code.
  • Train non-technical teams to use and extend what is built.
