About The Position

We are looking for an AI Lead who can bridge business problems and AI solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving ability, and the capability to lead AI initiatives with clients from discovery to delivery.

Requirements

• 9–12 years of experience
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI fundamentals
• Experience in solution architecture and AI workflow design
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions
• Product thinking and outcome-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Background in consulting, analytics, or AI-led solutioning preferred
• Experience working in client-facing or consulting roles
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solution approaches
• Define pilot scope, success metrics, and value realization frameworks
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
• Present solution demos, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership
• Collaborate with AI engineering teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
