About The Position

We are seeking an experienced pre‑sales consultant who thrives in customer‑facing environments and can operate comfortably at both technical and business levels. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Product teams to design, demonstrate, and position Wi‑Fi and network solutions that solve real customer problems. You will help customers understand why our solutions matter, not just how they work, by translating technical capabilities into clear business value, ROI, and decision‑ready proposals. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys developing solutions, building demos and proofs of concept, and influencing buying decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Wi‑Fi, LAN/WAN, or enterprise networking environments, ideally in a pre‑sales or solutions consulting role.
  • Strong hands‑on technical skills enabling you to design architectures and build demonstrations—not just talk at a high level.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS, Managed Services, Professional Services, and networking technologies.
  • The ability to communicate confidently with both technical experts and senior business stakeholders, including executives.
  • Proven experience delivering value‑based presentations that connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/French is an asset.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales to articulate and position the business and technical value of our Wi‑Fi, LAN/WAN, Managed Services, and SaaS solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather business objectives and technical requirements, shaping solutions that align with both.
  • Design and deliver technical demonstrations and proofs of concept tailored to customer use cases.
  • Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs, including solution design, scope definition, and pricing inputs.
  • Produce high‑quality customer deliverables such as solution proposals and scopes of work (SOWs).
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering) to validate designs, estimates, and delivery approaches.
  • Stay current on networking, Wi‑Fi, SaaS, and Managed Services trends, using this insight to strengthen customer conversations.
