Black & Veatch has an exciting opportunity to join our growing coatings and linings practice as part of our Infrastructure Advisory Technical Delivery team. This role supports a diverse portfolio of projects focused on pipelines, tanks, and related infrastructure across water, electric, and power generation clients. Within our coatings practice, we continue to see strong demand driven by aging infrastructure and the need for improved understanding of asset condition and performance. Coatings and linings play a critical role in extending asset life and improving system reliability. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects by supporting field investigations, evaluating corrosion risks, and developing practical solutions for asset integrity and long-term performance. Work closely with experienced engineers and field specialists across our national practice, gaining hands-on experience in cathodic protection systems, condition assessment technologies, and data-driven decision making. Contribute to delivering projects for a wide range of clients, including water, electric, and power generation utilities. Participate in field investigations, data analysis, and engineering evaluations of infrastructure assets, supporting corrosion control and condition assessment activities for pipelines, tanks, and related facilities. Work in both field and office environments, developing practical and analytical skills in corrosion engineering and cathodic protection systems. Build technical depth while contributing to project delivery for a wide range of clients.
