We’re looking for a Change Management Consultant to support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot and other digital tools. This role is ideal for someone who specializes in change enablement and has experience driving user adoption, communication strategies, and organizational readiness within Microsoft-centric environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Change Management, Change Enablement, or Organizational Change roles
  • Background working within the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Experience supporting technology rollouts and user adoption initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical changes into clear, user-friendly messaging and training
  • Experience developing training programs, communications, and adoption strategies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot or AI tool rollouts
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing environments
  • Ability to drive adoption in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to ensuring successful change outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management strategy and execution for Microsoft Copilot and related tools
  • Develop and deliver adoption plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Partner with business and technical teams to ensure smooth rollout of new tools and capabilities
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess organizational readiness for change
  • Create and manage training materials, user guides, and enablement resources
  • Drive user adoption and engagement, tracking success through defined metrics
  • Support change initiatives across additional Microsoft tools and platforms as needed
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices for digital adoption and change management
