Assist clients deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution across a variety of industries. Work directly with leadership teams and clients to plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions, that include multiple capabilities such as demand intake, demand prioritization, budget allocation, portfolio scenario planning, financial management, program/portfolio/transformation execution, schedule management, risk & issue management, resource management, value planning & realization, KPI definition, performance reporting and data analytics via reporting & dashboards. Provide clients with maturity assessment, current vs. future state and corresponding gap analysis and target operating model design. Design governance models (including Transformation Management Offices (TMOs), Enterprise Program Management Offices (EPMOs) or Program Management Offices (PMOs)). Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
