Consultant - Business Consulting – Business Transformation – Customer Experience Design (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1708995), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY. Coordinate the user-centered design approach of clients’ digital products and manage design deliverables to ensure great user experience and realization of the client’s product visions. Drive the delivery of sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes, as well as conceive and conduct user and stakeholder research as needed. Work with the design team to identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, make strategic design and user experience decisions, and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Conduct workshops on topics across both design and consulting skillsets. Teach the ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. Collaborate with other team members and senior stakeholders, take calculated risks, champion new ideas, and continually elevate the quality of our work. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Customer or User Experience Strategy and Research, Business Strategy, Product Design, and/or Design Planning leveraging one or a combination of the following skillsets - market and user research, requirements gathering, business case development, KPI management, and/or business architecture definition.
  • 3 years of experience utilizing one or a combination of the following prototyping software - Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Keynote, InVision, Figma and/or other similar prototyping software.
  • 3 years of experience managing and supervising teams of professional employees and mentoring team members through development feedback and performance processes, and providing structured, on-the-job feedback.
  • 2 years of experience with the B2B, B2B2C, and B2C business models, and the omnichannel landscape.
  • 2 years of experience in each of the following: Understanding buyers' behavior and patterns on technology platforms; AND Delivering omni-channel and customer experience strategy projects.
  • Requires domestic travel up to 50%, to serve client needs.
