About The Position

nepf is a boutique management consulting firm that works with Fortune 1000 companies on their most pressing challenges, including M&A integration, AI and digital transformation, enterprise change management, and operating model redesign. The firm is looking for a Consultant to contribute to business transformation engagements for clients, bringing project management discipline, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine commitment to doing excellent work. The role involves contributing to transformation program delivery, driving change that lands, building client relationships, and growing as a consultant. Consultants are supported with dedicated mentorship, structured onboarding, and a defined development path. The firm promotes based on performance, not tenure, with twice-yearly reviews and transparent criteria.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience working in fast-paced, large enterprise environments, either as a consultant or an internal employee, with exposure to complex transformation programs.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity; ability to work across functions and industries.
  • Some change management experience.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field such as business, psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering quality work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to transformation program delivery, including maintaining project plans, tracking milestones and deliverables, producing status reports, and coordinating across workstreams.
  • Develop and execute change management and communications deliverables, such as impact assessments, engagement plans, and stakeholder communications.
  • Engage directly with client teams, build trust with stakeholders, and develop presence and credibility.
  • Engage actively with feedback, mentorship, and learning opportunities, building skills including AI-enabled delivery capabilities.

  • Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per annum base, commensurate with experience
