About The Position

nepf is a boutique management consulting firm that works with Fortune 1000 companies on their most pressing challenges, including M&A integration, AI and digital transformation, enterprise change management, and operating model redesign. The firm is looking for a Consultant to contribute to business transformation engagements for clients, bringing project management discipline, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine commitment to doing excellent work. The role involves being actively involved in client work, with opportunities for skill-building and taking on real responsibility from early in the tenure. nepf emphasizes supporting and developing its consultants through dedicated mentorship, structured onboarding, and defined development paths. Promotions are based on performance, not tenure, with regular reviews and transparent criteria.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience working in fast-paced, large enterprise environments, either as a consultant or an internal employee, with exposure to complex transformation programs.
Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity; able to work across functions and industries.
Some change management experience.
Clear, confident communicator with strong writing and presentation skills, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field such as business, psychology, or a related discipline.
Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering quality work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Contribute to transformation program delivery, supporting end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives by maintaining project plans, tracking milestones and deliverables, producing status reports, and coordinating across workstreams.
Drive change management and communications deliverables, including impact assessments, engagement plans, and stakeholder communications, to address the people side of transformation and support adoption.
Build client relationships by engaging directly with client teams, building trust with stakeholders, and developing presence and credibility.
Grow as a consultant by engaging actively with feedback, mentorship, and learning opportunities, bringing curiosity and initiative to every engagement, and building skills, including AI-enabled delivery capabilities.
