Setting our people up for success is a priority, and we are currently recruiting Business Analytics Consultants whose skills and interests align with the below description: Business Analytics Consultant This Consultant is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights through a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis. This role supports comprehensive research, statistical analysis, and data management to inform business decisions and drive value across the organization. The position also offers opportunities for specialization in specific business areas or advanced analytical techniques. By leveraging strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, this professional plays a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a Master’s or higher in Analytics, Business Administration, Data Science, Public Administration, Public Policy, Statistics or a related/equivalent program
  • Strong academic track record (3.3 cumulative GPA required)
  • Must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Two or more years full-time work experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Internship, project, coursework or work experience in business, analytics, data science, public administration, public policy, or statistics.
