Activate and expand broker-driven sales opportunities by collaborating closely with regional sales teams on introductions, meetings, events, and thought leadership. Drive meaningful pipeline growth by developing targeted territory and engagement plans that convert relationships into results. Act as a trusted advisor throughout priority pursuits—removing consultant-related barriers and elevating the sales process for complex opportunities. Represent Alegeus and our partners at conferences, broker meetings, and industry events, strengthening brand awareness and market credibility. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver consistent messaging and a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a channel, broker, or go-to-market leadership role, with deep knowledge of the TPA and health plan market and strong familiarity with CDH benefits and financial or payment solutions technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and analytical problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse and senior audiences in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
