About The Position

Infosys Consulting’s Enterprise AI Practice is seeking a Consultant to build AI solutions for clients. The role involves envisioning and designing business solutions using AI, designing and implementing AI agents and agentic workflows, and owning a program track at a client. The Consultant will develop AI products and enterprise integrations while working with clients and project teams to deliver technology transformation activities. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location, and travel may be up to 75%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required, with three years of progressive experience in the specialty considered in lieu of each year of education.
At least 3 years of experience in backend or AI application development.
Proven experience integrating AI agents into enterprise systems.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with and support project teams.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale AI products using Claude, OpenAI, and similar models.
Create multi-step agents using LangChain, Google ADK, and related frameworks.
Develop RAG, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and graph-based retrieval.
Apply prompt-engineering approaches to produce relevant responses.
Build data pipelines, API integrations, microservices, and Python AI/ML solutions.
Design and build evaluation methods to ensure the integrity of AI outcomes.
Build and maintain client relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored IT solutions.
Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to client executives and stakeholders.
Run project activities and work with stakeholders through IT transformation processes.
Collaborate with project teams to support clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely milestone delivery.
Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning and professional growth.
