About The Position

This role focuses on Data, Analytics, and AI within the Healthcare sector. The position is located in Minneapolis, MN. Requirements

• Strong experience in Program Management & Program Performance Management
• Hands-on understanding of Big Data processing (Spark)
• Cloud Modernization experience (Snowflake or databricks)
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (BigQuery, Dataflow, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cloud-based analytics and data platforms
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise data transformation programs
• Familiarity with performance dashboards, governance reviews, and executive reporting
