About The Position

Infosys Consulting's Enterprise AI Practice is seeking a Consultant to build next-generation AI solutions for clients. The role involves envisioning and designing business solutions with AI, designing and implementing AI agents and agentic workflows, and taking responsibility for a program track at a client. The Consultant designs, builds, and scales AI products using models such as Claude and OpenAI; creates multi-step agents with frameworks such as LangChain and Google ADK; develops RAG, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and graph-based retrieval; applies prompt-engineering approaches; and builds data pipelines, API integrations, microservices, and Python AI/ML solutions. The role also includes designing and building evaluation methods to ensure the integrity of AI outcomes. The position involves client and stakeholder engagement, project activity coordination through IT transformation processes, presenting updates and recommendations to client executives, and collaborating with project teams to deliver milestones. The Consultant also mentors junior team members. Travel of up to 75% may be required, and relocation and/or travel to a work or project location may be required. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; the additional qualifications specify a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, with three years of progressive experience in the specialty considered in lieu of each year of education.
At least 3 years of backend or AI application development experience.
Proven experience integrating AI agents into enterprise systems.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with and support project teams.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
