About The Position

DATTCO's Accelerated Property Management (APM) division is hiring a Construction Worker in New Britain, Connecticut. APM provides property management services—including landscaping, facilities management, and construction—to DATTCO divisions and external customers. DATTCO is a third-generation, family-owned transportation company with over 2,500 employees throughout New England.

The role involves keeping vehicles and equipment clean and checking fluids daily, communicating across the organization, maintaining accurate daily paperwork, and staying organized while handling varied projects. The position pays $24.00–$30.00 per hour. Requirements

• At least 2 years of construction experience.
• High school diploma, trade school education, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with underground pipe laying, including water main and water lateral installation.
• Experience with sanitary sewer main and lateral installation.
• Experience with storm and drainage installation.
• Experience with underground utilities.
• Experience with snow plowing. The employer is willing to train in these areas.
