The Construction Training Pathways (CTP) Project Manager is the lead staff member and primary program administrator for the CTP Oversight Committee established under HB 2084. In this highly independent role, you will plan, coordinate, and manage the operational and administrative work that drives the Committee’s success. You will develop project plans, facilitate cross-agency collaboration, manage legislative timelines and deliverables, conduct and synthesize research, advise Committee leadership, and ensure all statutory responsibilities are met efficiently and effectively. This role is essential to helping the Committee fulfill its legislative charge, produce clear and actionable recommendations, and support the development of meaningful training programs inside Washington’s correctional system. The Project Manager serves as the administrative, operational, and project management backbone of the Committee—ensuring processes run smoothly, information is well-organized, and the Committee can reliably meet its goals and deadlines.
