About The Position

GFT is seeking a Construction Supervisor for its Construction Services Team. The role oversees and coordinates the implementation of construction contracts assigned to a section and directs inspection work units. The position receives general supervision from a technical superior and works a conventional work week. Work is performed primarily in an office, with occasional exposure to noise, hazardous equipment, and extreme weather at construction sites, and requires minimal physical exertion. The Construction Supervisor leads field installation across one or more projects, coordinating work sequencing, jobsite logistics, materials, equipment, and crews to deliver work on schedule and within budget. The role champions safety and quality, manages schedules and project costs, coordinates subcontractors and stakeholders, addresses risks and field problems, and develops a collaborative, accountable team. The supervisor also leads project closeout, including punch list completion, final inspections, and building operations training. This is a hybrid role requiring regular attendance at GFT’s Owings Mills office. The position is full-time, with core business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The salary range is $80,000–$105,000, dependent on experience and geographic location.
