Overseeing field production
Managing crews
Maintaining quality standards
Ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish
Working closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and crews
Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards

Keeping projects moving
Managing multiple crews at once
Helping with schedule and coordinating field ops
Maintaining jobsite safety and quality standards
Communicating with clients throughout the project
Training and developing crew members
Solving field issues and keeping projects on schedule
Working alongside the PM team to ensure successful project delivery
Helping build systems and processes as we continue to grow
