About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent who operates independently, enforces high standards, and drives every project from acquisition handoff to final walkthrough — on time, on budget, and built right. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple active projects at different stages, directly impact the company's bottom line, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with no corporate bureaucracy. Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing project schedules and budgets.
  • Experience in sourcing, bidding, and managing subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of construction quality and safety standards.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take extreme ownership.
  • Comfort with direct and blunt feedback from leadership.
  • Experience in real estate renovation projects.
  • Familiarity with New England properties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IPS Cash's renovation projects across New England, coordinating subcontractors, owning schedules, and controlling budgets.
  • Ensure every project meets the company's standards before completion.
  • Carry an active pipeline of renovation projects at various stages simultaneously.
  • Build and own scopes, schedules, and budgets for each project.
  • Source, bid, and hold subcontractors accountable to timelines, quality, and cost.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to enforce workmanship and safety standards.
  • Identify problems early and solve them before they become costs or delays.
  • Keep leadership informed with proactive, accurate updates.
  • Maintain full project documentation from kickoff through completion.
  • Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, and sales on project timelines and delivery.
