About The Position

Allied Water Services is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead underground utility projects from its Manteno, Illinois location. Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in underground utility or heavy civil construction.
Proven experience in a superintendent or field leadership role.
Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and utility installation methods and best practices.
Knowledge of trenching and excavation safety.
Ability to read and interpret civil/construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crew management skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation to jobsites in the Manteno, Illinois area.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day field operations for underground utility construction projects, including water, sewer, and storm drain systems.

Interpret and work from construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
