About The Position

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Underground Utilities Foreman to lead field crews on construction projects in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The role oversees installation of stormwater drainage, sanitary sewer, and site water systems, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently and meets project specifications, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. The foreman coordinates crews, labor, materials, equipment, and daily activities; monitors workmanship, productivity, and equipment operation; and works with project managers and field leadership to resolve issues and maintain project progress. The position pays $20–$25 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Five or more years of construction foreman experience, including crew supervision, scheduling, material ordering, quality control, safety, and production management.
Experience overseeing underground water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater utility installations.
Required certifications: CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM 385, and STS; training may be provided where applicable.

Nice To Haves

Coursework in construction management or engineering.
Three or more years of underground utility field or trade experience.
Government, military, large commercial, or Design-Build construction experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Primavera P3/P6, Oracle, BIM, Revit, or Autodesk software; training may be available.
Spanish-English bilingual skills.
