About The Position

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Underground Utilities Foreman to lead field crews on construction projects in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The foreman oversees installation of stormwater drainage, sanitary sewer, and site water systems, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently and meets project specifications, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. RQ Construction specializes in commercial and government Design-Build projects, including fast-track construction, new commercial facilities, and Department of Defense projects. The company emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and reliable project delivery.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Five or more years of construction foreman experience, including crew supervision, scheduling, material ordering, quality control, safety, and production management.
Experience overseeing underground water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater utility installations.
CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM 385, and STS certifications; training may be provided where applicable.

Nice To Haves

Coursework in construction management or engineering.
Three or more years of underground utility field or trade experience.
Government, military, large commercial, or Design-Build construction experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Primavera P3/P6, Oracle, BIM, Revit, or Autodesk software; training may be available.
Spanish-English bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate crews performing underground utility installations.

Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and daily work activities.
