About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring entry-level Security Officers for construction sites in Jeffersonville, Ohio. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with all shifts available. Employees are required to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. The pay range is $18.50–$21.75 per hour. A $300 sign-on bonus is paid as $100 after 30 days of employment and $200 after 90 days. The role involves monitoring the site, assessing situations, following security protocols, and providing customer service as a point of contact. Employees must be physically able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.

Requirements

Pass a drug screen and background check.
Hold Driver Certification.
Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Be over the age of 18.
Be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
Be available for weekend shifts.
Demonstrate critical thinking, observation, ability to follow instructions, customer service, and communication skills.
