Data Center Security Officer - $300 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
Securitas USA is hiring entry-level Security Officers for a construction site in Jeffersonville, Ohio. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with all shifts available. Officers must work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. The pay range is $18.50–$21.75 per hour. A $300 sign-on bonus is paid as $100 after 30 days of employment and $200 after 90 days. The role involves monitoring the construction-site environment, following security protocols, making informed decisions, and providing customer service as a first point of contact. Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain. Requirements
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Hold Driver Certification.
- Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Be over the age of 18.
- Be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.
- Be physically able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
- Demonstrate critical-thinking, observational, and communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
