About The Position

The Construction Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment at a client site by actively monitoring the premises and patrolling assigned locations. The officer observes and reports activities and incidents, helps protect client property and personnel, preserves order, and enforces site regulations and directives. The role may also involve providing customer service and information to the client’s employees and customers. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Requirements

• Driver certification is required.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver's license.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to complete patrols.
• Must have strong technology skills, including use of a cell phone and computer.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior security or customer service experience is a plus.
• Retail, food service, or hospitality industry background is considered a good fit.
