About The Position

The Construction Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment at a client site by monitoring the premises and patrolling assigned locations. The role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents, protecting client property and personnel, preserving order, and enforcing site regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and the area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Requirements

Driver certification is required.
Must have a valid Ohio driver's license.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to complete patrols and have strong technology skills, including cell phone and computer use.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Must meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.

Nice To Haves

Prior security or customer service experience is a plus.
Retail, food service, or hospitality industry experience is a good fit.
