About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily site operations in Brooklyn. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The listed salary range is $100,000–$150,000.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction site management.
- NYC experience required.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, NYC safety regulations, and inspection processes.
- Ability to read plans and drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction site activities and supervise workers, trades, and subcontractors.
- Enforce site safety and ensure compliance with NYC DOB, OSHA, and building code requirements.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, material deliveries, and equipment on site.
- Conduct site inspections, maintain quality standards, and resolve on-site issues quickly.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, architects, and inspectors.
- Keep daily site logs, prepare progress reports, and ensure efficient use of resources.
