About The Position
Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 3 to 8 years of experience in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex civil litigation to join their growing and dynamic legal team in downtown San Diego. This role offers the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state and tackle complex issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocacy, be ready to take on responsibility, and independently handle cases. Experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial is desired. A solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork are critical for success. Requirements
- California licensed
- 3 to 8 years of experience in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex civil litigation
