About The Position

CPM Builders NA, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Purchasing & Procurement Coordinator to support procurement and material management for our growing commercial construction operations. This position is responsible for sourcing materials, obtaining competitive pricing, issuing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining vendor relationships, tracking procurement schedules, and ensuring projects receive materials on time and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail construction environment, possesses strong negotiation and organizational skills, and can effectively collaborate with project managers, superintendents, vendors, and accounting personnel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Construction industry experience preferred
• Experience with Procore is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Obtain and compare vendor quotes
• Issue and manage purchase orders
• Coordinate deliveries to active construction projects
• Track procurement schedules and material lead times
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing
• Assist project managers and superintendents with purchasing needs
• Monitor inventory and warehouse stock levels
• Support invoice reconciliation and procurement reporting
