About The Position

As part of Apple Places’ Construction team, the Construction Projects Manager leads end-to-end delivery of capital projects in the German market, including high-design corporate workplaces and technically complex laboratory fit-outs throughout Munich, Berlin, and other areas in the DACH region. The role serves as the key project-delivery contact for partners and leadership, taking projects from initial concept through due diligence, design, construction, commissioning, and handover. It requires strong technical expertise, attention to architectural detail, disciplined project management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining quality, schedule, and cost controls. The manager works with executive leadership and cross-functional partners, including R&D and engineering teams, architects and the Global Design Team, procurement, security, IT and AV teams, vendors, suppliers, and general contractors. The role uses Apple devices, iOS, and dedicated software in Apple’s internal environment and network, provides project reports in required formats, and may require calls and meetings across international time zones. Travel to project sites, vendor locations, and regional offices is required as needed.
