Act as a liaison to ensure proper alignment of projects to institutional goals. Manage the process of developing, refining, and executing project plans, resolving issues, communicating, and driving the final results of each project. Serve as the primary point of contact for large organizational-wide and/or highly complex projects requiring leadership and experience of a seasoned project management professional. Promote a culture of improvement across the institution. Coach project managers in the management of project related activities. This position is a senior/lead role in the Project Management Office (PMO) with a focus on leading the development and improvement of PM tools and processes at Children's as well as the promotion of PM maturity at Children's through coaching and consulting with client departments.
