This role manages one or more very complex projects, involving a combination of clients with a national geographic footprint, projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE, or other complexities such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc. The role manages all phases of projects from beginning to close out, has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals, and manages other Project Managers.

Requirements

BA/BS + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Nice To Haves

Educational Bond project experience.
Work within a K-12 or higher education construction environment.

Responsibilities
