About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Construction Project Executive to lead and oversee multiple construction projects across Northern California and Bay Areas. This senior leadership role is responsible for providing high-level project oversight, driving operational excellence, managing project teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget. The Project Executive will work closely with company leadership, project managers, superintendents, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth. Projects include High end Multi-Family (Wrap, Podium, Garden Style, etc). Commercial Retail, and others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, including senior project leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing large or complex construction projects and multiple project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level oversight for multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
  • Establish project strategy, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure projects meet financial targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor project performance including schedule, cost, risk, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Participate in preconstruction activities including budgeting, estimating oversight, and project planning.
  • Review and approve major contracts, change orders, and project financial reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
  • Lead regular project review meetings and report progress to executive leadership.
  • Support business development efforts including client meetings, proposals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
