The Construction Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting a 12–18 month renovation of a newly acquired property. This individual will coordinate day-to-day work with contractors and vendors, be the main point of contact for residents on all construction-related matters, and support the onsite team with leasing and operations. A successful Construction Project Coordinator will be able to communicate effectively with contractors and residents, adaptable to ever-changing project needs, and understand this role is critical to the property’s success. This is a contract position working a standard schedule, Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm. Nights or weekends may be required from time to time dependent on business needs. This is a temporary position with an anticipated project period of June 2026 - October 2027, with potential to convert to full-time in the future, depending on company needs. The compensation range for this position is $63,000 - $81,000 per year. This range is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities. Final offers of employment will be based on multiple factors including candidate education, skills, experience, and location.
