About The Position
JLL is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its dynamic, cross-functional corporate real estate team, supporting a financial institution client within JLL’s Project and Development Services group. The role involves directly supporting a construction project management team to deliver challenging projects. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, demonstrating initiative to adopt new technologies and contribute to efficient processes. This position requires an interest in construction projects from start to finish to effectively support the team in delivering interesting and industry-changing projects. Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Detail oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
- Ability to identify and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work as part of a team or independently as needed to support the objectives
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Nice To Haves
- (2+) years of experience related to construction project management
- Experience supporting commercial real estate professionals in any sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management

- Collect, manage, and prepare project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and meeting minutes
