About The Position

JLL is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their dynamic, cross-functional corporate real estate team supporting a financial institution client as part of JLL's Project and Development Services group. In this role, you will support a construction project management team in bringing challenging projects to life, from initial planning through final delivery. Your day-to-day will involve collecting, managing, and preparing essential project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and meeting minutes. The role embraces innovative ways of working, and a forward-thinking approach will be essential as you adopt new technologies and contribute to efficient processes. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management or supporting commercial real estate professionals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively as needed to meet team objectives
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Experience with project management software platforms (e.g., Procore, or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, processes, and documentation standards
  • Background supporting financial services or corporate real estate clients

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and submittals
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend project meetings, and document minutes with action items
  • Maintain project management systems and generate reports for leadership review
  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing, flagging discrepancies and coordinating approvals
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to facilitate project workflows
  • Assist in preparing project presentations and status reports for client meetings
  • Leverage technology platforms to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency
