About The Position

We are looking for a Special Projects Coordinator to join our team in Carrollton, GA. The Special Projects Coordinator will play a key role in the success of Mullins by driving operational efficiency through the development and execution of various special projects. The SPC reports to the Operational Projects Manager.

Requirements

Proficient in M365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous and self-motivated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service orientation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects from initiation to closure ensuring adherence to timelines and expectations.
Maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, deliverables, etc.
Work with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks effectively and drive project success.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues or roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gain buy-in for process changes and drive successful implementation across the organization.
Evaluate technology solutions and tools to support organizational goals and objectives.
Support the implantation of new systems or upgrades, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of new systems.
Develop training materials, resources, and programs to build capacity and competency within the organization.
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to employees at all levels, both individually and in group settings.
Assess training effectiveness and continuously refine training approaches based on feedback and outcomes.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and inform decision-making.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement across various aspects of the organization.
