About The Position

Haven Services is seeking motivated and skilled Construction Plumbers for new commercial construction, commercial plumbing, underground plumbing, and system installation work. Candidates with varying levels of experience, including apprentices and experienced construction plumbers, are encouraged to apply. The role involves installing plumbing systems and components on construction sites while meeting applicable codes, safety standards, and company procedures. Employees must pass pre-employment background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings. Employees who operate company vehicles must maintain a driving record that remains insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance provider.

Requirements

• Previous construction plumbing experience is preferred; apprentices are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and installation methods.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work in construction environments.
• Must pass pre-employment background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings.
• Employees operating company vehicles must maintain driving eligibility under the company’s vehicle insurance requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Experience with commercial construction plumbing.
• Experience with rough-in and underground plumbing.
• Experience with pipe installation and layout.
• Experience with PVC, copper, PEX, and cast-iron systems.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in new commercial construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
• Perform underground plumbing, rough-ins, top-outs, and fixture installations.
• Install water lines, drain lines, gas lines, and venting systems.
• Ensure plumbing work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members on job sites.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain an insurable driving record when operating company vehicles.
